Troubleshooting and FAQs
Q: Why can users still access a hidden tab’s feature?
A: Hiding a tab only removes it from profile navigation; it does not disable the feature itself. Users can still access it through other sections or direct links.
Q: Why can’t I hide the default tab?
A: The default profile tab must always be visible. To hide a tab, first change the default tab to another option in Profile Navigation Settings.
Q: Why are hidden tabs still visible after saving changes?
A: Try clearing your site cache and refreshing the page in an incognito window to see the updated profile layout.
