In most cases, this is caused by the iOS app icon containing transparency. iOS app icons must be fully opaque—any transparency in the image can result in upload failures.
If your app icon contains transparency, we advise deselecting its alpha checkbox and resaving the image.
You may follow these steps to correct it:
1.) Open the image (or in image editing software).
2.) Go to File > Duplicate to create a copy.
3.) Deselect the “Alpha” checkbox. (Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/11rgzfx)

4.) Save the image and update the app icon in the BuddyBoss App.
Apply the changes in the BuddyBoss App by going to WP Admin > BuddyBoss App > Branding > Images > App Icon. (Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/11w6wfo)
Next, replace the existing iOS App Icon with the corrected file, then click Save Changes.
Once done, generate a new iOS release build and upload that instead.
If the issue persists, it may require further technical investigation.
