Why Zoom Meetings Aren’t Showing on Your Site

Introduction

Meetings you schedule directly on Zoom’s website don’t automatically sync to your BuddyBoss site’s Zoom list or recordings. This one-way integration means only meetings created through the site’s Zoom integration will appear in its meeting directory.

Core Information

Default Behavior: Only meetings created via your site’s Zoom integration (e.g., in the BuddyBoss Dashboard → Zoom) are listed on your site.

No Two-Way Sync: Meetings or recordings added manually on Zoom’s web portal won’t pull into your website’s Zoom widget or archive.

Troubleshooting and FAQs

Q: I created a meeting on Zoom.com—why isn’t it on my site?
A: The integration only displays meetings created through your WordPress Zoom plugin; it doesn’t import external meetings.

Q: Can I enable two-way syncing?
A: Not currently. You must create meetings in the site’s Zoom interface for them to appear.
