Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Enable Document Uploading

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > BuddyBoss > Settings.
  2. Click on the Media tab.
  3. Toggle Enable Document Uploading to ON.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Step 2: Configure Upload Permissions

  1. Under Media Settings, locate the User Upload Permissions section.
  2. Select which user roles can upload documents (e.g., Members, Moderators, Administrators).
  3. Click Save Changes.

Step 3: Set Document Upload Limits

  1. In the Media Settings panel, adjust the Maximum Upload Size to define the maximum file size allowed per document.
  2. Specify the Maximum Number of Documents Per Upload to control batch uploads.
  3. Click Save Changes.

Step 4: Enable Folder Organization

  1. Scroll to the Documents section in Media Settings.
  2. Toggle Enable Document Folders to ON.
