By default, WordPress automatically assigned a WordPress role to your users. You can manage this by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to the WordPress dashboard – Settings – General.
2. From here, look for the New User Default Role and you can assign your preferred WordPress role.
3. Once done, click Save Changes.
