Translations

The Translations feature in the BuddyBoss App allows you to change text displayed in the app to any language or modify specific words in English. This is useful for:

• Translating the app into another language (e.g., English to Spanish).
• Customizing wording within the app (e.g., changing “Blog” to “Articles”).

This guide will walk you through updating text translations in the BuddyBoss App.

How to Translate Text in the BuddyBoss App

Step 1: Access the Translations Panel

1. In your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to BuddyBoss App > Translations.
2. Locate the search bar at the top of the Translations panel.

Step 2: Search for the Text You Want to Change

1. Enter the word or phrase you want to translate (e.g., “Blog”).
2. The system will display all instances where the word appears in the app.

Step 3: Add Your Translation

1. In the translation field next to the original text, enter your preferred word or phrase.
   • Example: Changing “Blog” to “Articles”.
   • You can enter translations in any language, not just English.
2. Click Save Changes to apply your modifications.

Step 4: Verify the Changes

1. Open the BuddyBoss App on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to the section where the modified text appears.
3. Ensure that the new wording is correctly displayed.
