By keeping your license key active, you ensure uninterrupted access to new features, improvements, and technical support, keeping your BuddyBoss Theme running smoothly.

Note: The BuddyBoss Platform is free and does not require a license.

Activating Your License Keys

Auto Connect (Recommended)

1. Navigate to BuddyBoss > License Keys.
2. Click Connect to BuddyBoss.
3. You will be redirected to buddyboss.com. Log in with your BuddyBoss account.
4. Click Allow when prompted for permission.
5. Your license information will automatically be filled in, and your products will be activated.

Manual Connect

1. Log into buddyboss.com and locate your license key and account email.
2. Navigate to BuddyBoss > License Keys in your WordPress Dashboard.
3. Enter your license key and email address.

Troubleshooting and FAQs

Q: I have used all my available activations. What should I do?
A: If you have reached the activation limit, you will receive an error message. To resolve this, either:

• Deactivate your license key on a site that is no longer in use.
• Purchase a new license to activate additional sites.

Q: How to deactivate a license key from an unused site:

A: To deactivate a license:

1. Go to BuddyBoss Account Dashboard > My Subscriptions.
2. Locate the site you want to deactivate.
3. Click Deactivate to free up an activation slot.

Q: My license has expired. How do I renew it?
A: If your license has expired, you will not be able to activate it on your site. To renew:

1. Go to BuddyBoss Account Dashboard > My Subscriptions.
2. Follow the instructions to renew your license.

Q: My license key doesn’t work. How do I fix it?
A: If you receive an “invalid” error message when activating your license key:

• Double-check that the license key is entered correctly.
• Ensure there are no extra spaces when copying and pasting the key.
• Make sure the license key is being entered in the correct product tab.
• If the issue persists, contact support by opening a new ticket.
