We would like to inform you that we do not have Intercom out of the box. If you wish to use Intercom on your app, this will require custom development and Developer Access. Also, you will need assistance from your personal developer to achieve this.
Furthermore, you will need to import the SDK with Development Access and then create the required functionality using React Native. Please note that by enabling the ability for developers to import third-party SDKs, you can now integrate with many third-party tools such as Intercom.
Our app development customers have heavily requested this option, but please understand that importing the SDK alone doesn’t just turn on the feature. You still need to incorporate it into the app, create the app screens, configure the functionality or extend the app plugin to handle such options.
