Troubleshooting and FAQs

Q: I don’t see the “Upload Plugin” button under Plugins > Add New. What should I do?
A: Verify that you have the necessary administrative privileges and that your WordPress installation is up-to-date. If the problem continues, consult your hosting provider’s documentation.

Q: Why is it important to set the permalink structure to “Post name”?
A: The BuddyBoss Platform components rely on the “Post name” permalink setting for proper functionality. To change this, go to Settings > Permalinks and select “Post name,” then save your changes.
