Enable Account Deletion
Allowing members to delete their accounts gives them more control over their data. Follow these steps to enable this feature:
- Navigate to BuddyBoss > Settings > General.
- Under the General Settings section, check the box for Account Deletion.
- Click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page.
How Account Deletion Works
Once enabled, members can delete their accounts from the front-end:
- Go to a member’s profile dropdown.
- Hover over Account and select Delete Account.
- On the Delete Account page, check the confirmation box to acknowledge the consequences.
- Click the Delete Account button to finalize the process.
Manage Toolbar Visibility
The toolbar can be shown or hidden based on user roles. Follow these steps to configure toolbar visibility.
Show Toolbar for Logged-in Admins
- In BuddyBoss > Settings > General, check the box for Show Toolbar for Logged-in Admins.
- Click Save Settings.
Show Toolbar for Logged-in Members (Non-Admins)
- In BuddyBoss > Settings > General, check the box for Show Toolbar for Logged-in Members.
- Click Save Settings.
Show Toolbar for Logged-out Users
- In BuddyBoss > Settings > General, check the box for Show Toolbar for Logged-out Users.
- Click Save Settings.
