Multi-tenant should be compatible since they all have different Databases and different URLs but this is not a standard WordPress and a self-made system so it should be tested with default theme first, if it works the BuddyBoss should work as well.
Even though it has the same codes but the URLs will be different so they will need to take different licenses for each domain.
We have not tested BuddyBoss for Multi-Tenant sites yet. We are still working on BuddyBoss products to make them fully compatible with Multisites and Multi-Tenant sites. We are not able to guarantee that it will work 100% properly in those environments.
