There are some cases where you receive this error message when trying to use the Upload Build feature of the BuddyBoss App.
If you are having this problem or seeing this error you can double-check these settings first to make sure they are correct and then if you still find you are having an issue please raise a ticket with support.
1. Go to BuddyBoss App – Configure – iOS Settings – Release App Bundle ID. Make sure that the Bundle ID selected is the Release Bundle ID and not the Test ID.
2. Go to App Store connect – Select App – General – App Information and double check if the Bundle ID selected is for the release app and not the test bundle ID.
