Getting an Error when Uploading Large Video Files on the Activity Feed

If you are experiencing problems uploading large video files to your activity feed, take the following troubleshooting steps to identify and fix the problem:

1. Ensure that you have set the correct video file size by navigating to the BuddyBoss dashboard – Settings – Media – Video – Upload Size.

2. If your file size is 500 MB and your server’s upload limit is 100 MB, you must contact your hosting provider to increase the file upload size. If your file size is correct, then there is no issue with the file size.

3. Now, try to upload a 50 MB video and a 500/600 MB video. If the 50 MB video uploads successfully but the 500 MB video shows an error, then there is no issue with file uploading. The problem only occurs with huge files.

4. The issue lies with the server’s timeout when uploading large files. It appears that the server connection times out after a certain period, leading to the request limit not being met and the error message. Contact your hosting provider to increase the PHP time limit.
