Customer is having trouble sending publishing request (Android)

For the Android app, kindly advise the client to send us an invite. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Google Play Console>>Click “Users and Permission” in the left menu
  2. Click “Invite new user”
  3. Enter this email address: [email protected]
  4. Scroll Down a little and click the “Account Permissions” Tab
  5. Click the “Admin(All permissions)” checkbox, then click “Invite User”
  6. Click “Send Invite” on the popup

Once this is done go back to the Main/First Page of Google Play Console>> click “Developer Page” in the left menu. You will see your developer name on that page. Please copy it and send it to us after sending the invite.If they already sent it to our publishing team and invite it to Google Play Console then just request that they share their Developer name only. Also, advise them to send us their publishing request for Android so our publishing team can assist them better.
