BuddyBoss 3.0 is getting close to completion. We are in the final phases of polishing the product, fixing all of the bugs, and testing it on various devices and browsers.

BuddyBoss 3.0 has the following primary features:

1. Responsive! Yes, BuddyBoss will finally be mobile. And unlike any other theme. It’s almost like a mobile app.
2. Refreshed layout. It’s familiar, but better.
3. Completely recoded. It’s much easier to edit the code as it’s well structured and built like a normal WordPress theme (thanks to BuddyPress 1.7). The theme even works with BuddyPress or bbPress deactivated (only the WordPress stuff).
4. Recoded Wall and Photos components. They have been rebuilt from the ground up as proper BuddyPress components. Their code is largely separated from the rest of the theme, so we can later strip that code right out and convert it into a plugin, which we will later update with heavily requested features like photo albums.
